HORIZONS is a group of experienced organization development consultants and community organizers, specializing in "whole system" approaches to organization and community development and change.

We work, internationally, as consultants to communities, governmental agencies, school districts, non-profits and NGOs, businesses and other organizations. We are also involved in research and publishing on this subject.
